Tiramisimple. Great taste, easy to make, no cooking, plus that aroma of amaretto (or rum) and coffee. This is an easy recipe and you don’t have to be a seasoned cook to make this fabulous dessert. It takes about 20-30 minutes to get the cake done, and another few hours to let it sit in the fridge to cool down.
And the grocery list for this chillaxing tiramisu is pretty basic, too:
- 250 g of mascarpone cheese
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- 200 ml of strong coffee
- Amaretto (or marsala or rum) 2 tablespoons (or more if you like a stronger taste)
- ladyfingers, about 20
- cocoa powder or ground chocolate for decoration
or in this format for your fridge:
Start with eggs. Separate yolks and whites.
Add sugar to yolks and mix. Add mascarpone cheese and mix until smooth.
Beat the egg whites with a hand mixer until firm. Add to yolks and sugar and mix gently with a spatula.
Mix the coffee and amaretto in a bowl.
Soak ladyfingers one by one and arrange in a dish. Lady fingers are very porous and absorb liquid fast.
Add half of cream on the first lay. Repeat.
Decorate with cocoa or ground chocolate.
Put in fridge to chill for a few hours and enjoy this tiramisimple dessert!
