So yesterday I made the tipsy chicken with prunes and the sauce and prunes gone – but two pieces of chicken left behind in the pan. Well, put them back on the stove – in the same pan they spent the night in at the fridge inn. I warmed up the leftover chicken and added some more white wine. At this rate of using it – there will be none left to drink tonight! In a sauce pan I boiled some brussels’ sprouts. That’s my favorite veggie and I always have some in the freezer. Anyway, ten minutes cooked. I added the sprouts to the chicken in wine and cooked it all together for just a few minutes. Salt’n’peppa the sprouts and that was it – a 5 minutes excellent little dish!
